In a study in Texas, after 2.5 years on the Relationship Development Intervention (RDI)programme, 15% of children were still in special education classes,compared with 90% before going on the programme.

Social Entrepreneurs Ireland recognised Declan Sweeney on Monday, 19th October, in Dublin in its 2009 awards.   Social Entrepreneurs Ireland aims to ignite social change by identifying, investing in and supporting Irish social entrepreneurs – individuals who are prepared to take risks by applying their energy, drive, ambition and innovation to tackle some of Ireland’s most entrenched social problems.
